Shipping and Return Policy
We mail using USPS domestic and international first class shipping. Each order will be provided with a tracking number which will be sent out via email. On request, we can upgrade your shipping depending on the availability of our items. Once an item has been packaged and shipped, no returns for clothing will be accepted (due to the use of particular clothing). If a mistake has been made on our part due to receiving the wrong order in size or color, we will be happy to send a replacement upon proof being provided through pictures.
Please keep in mind that each item listed on this website is handmade therefore will always have small variations from the picture provided.
Since our items are all made to order, please allow 3-7 days in between the day the order was placed, to the day of shipment for production time. Domestic orders typically take 2-5 days to be received after shipment and 7-12 days for international orders.
International orders may be subject to Custom fees applied by USPS. Considering these fees cannot be predicted ahead of time, these charges are not included in the initial price of the shipping cost and it is up to the buyer to be up to date with any tax laws that may be applied to each package.
Items that are lost in the mail will have one replacement sent out once verified that the item cannot be retrieved. Items that are lost once delivered to the residence will not reimbursed.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Proceed through the checkout normally and type in your postal code when prompted for shipping options.
Do you offer plus size options?
Of course, email us for size charts and clothing styles for our plus size options.
I need this in a rush, can you expedite my order?
We process orders first come, first served, although if you email us ahead of time and ask us extra nice, we might be able to make an exception!
Can I have the design printed on different clothing types? (i.e panties design onto gym shorts)
Yes, we customize everything so shoot us an email for these inquiries!
Do you guys have nothing better to do than come up with these lame puns?
No, no we don't.
